Don't trust it. Used to use DHL Easyshop and they unfortunately shut down so I looked up reviews and tried Ship7. Have had significant problems with one of only two shipments. Now the third one, a box of branded pens I need for an upcoming event has been lost by them. Even though tracking showed that it was delivered to their facility and signed for. And my suite number was included, so no chance in that being the reason. Waited on pins and needles for customer service to answer only to have them reply a full day later "yeah it's not in our system file a claim with the shipper." TRACKING SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR, I will not be able to file a claim when they're the middleman and tracking shows it was delivered and signed for. What a joke. UNRELIABLE stay away.

Almost the perfect way of shipping everything is seamless and the prices are insanely low but am not sure why there is an 2 off days for a shipping company so I must wait nearly 3 days for my order to be processed but over all the service is great and I highly recommend it if you have multiple shipment.

1) I ordered a bubble wrap and strong cardboard packing service. I paid about 11 dollars for this. As a result, the product arrived in its original packaging, i.e. my wishes were not fulfilled. And the product in a large package just dangled inside.
2) Paid for delivery to the EU courier UPC about 65 euros.
As a result, the courier on delivery demanded more payment, although this was not initially informed and was on the site said that the delivery is no longer pay.
3) On the site, it is required to specify the cost of goods, had to specify that costs about 125 dollars (because it is not clear what should have been done with this pricing policy), when the arrival of goods in the EU country removed all the same VAT in the amount of 38 Euros.
And that the delivery of goods with everything, was about 130 dollars, although the site refers to the fact that nothing pay neither VAT nor Courier.
Honestly - subtracting the price of goods and the total cost of shipping, the amount is not significantly different when buying and sending directly from the prodovtsa.
Perhaps it does not work perfectly in this case.

I used MyUS for years. They had some issues, but were generally reliable with good shipping rates. After a situation where my package was returned to the US, I decided to change to Ship7 based on the 4-star rating. I shipped three times and had significant problems with all three. Additionally, their support is slow, rude, and inarticulate. They will charge you storage fees while you wait a week for them to review your documents. Importing documents were not completed correctly causing delays in customs. This 4-star rating is extremely suspect.

These guys are a joke they get customers’ negative reviews removed to bias their ratings upwards. I am reposting that review below to save others:
They are incredibly slow in updating your suite with delivered packages (claims 1 day max, reality up to 2 weeks). I have also had the bad experience of losing a few packages and their excuse is always the same i.e. they don't have gate scan/inventory of receiving the item, delivery was made during weekend so they don't know where the item is, and nobody from their company signed for it. These 3 excuses will be used regularly and is a template response to stay away from any liability. Avoid them. Use Stackry instead, way better service and more reliable.

Wow....these guys are top notch for buying stuff from the U.S and having it shipped worldwide. I've tried many of their shipping methods and besides UPS which tend to screw up most often, your goodies reach home within a week.
Now, what better way to have something you want so baaaad, reach your doorstep within a week :)....yaaaaahooooo, thank you Ship7.

I gave this service a chance once again since they increased their days to 15. Well... maybe it was a bad choice. They basically lost my recent parcel when all the details were correct. They claimed that the delivery driver probably sent it to other address... (never had this happen before when all the details are correct). I've seen online that this happened to other people and they were forced to sent their other packages or pay for the shipping so I cannot help but suspect them on this matter because this has never NEVER happened before with other services. The fact that I was expected to ask the seller for compensation when they had me hanging for days on the matter is absolutely terrible.
After my order is shipped I probably won't use them anymore. I almost lost $140 which I simply can't stand. I never faced this before.

I have had nothing but fantastic service from Ship7! I move around just about every month for work and it's very difficult to get packages when moving so often.
