The delivery staff is lier

The delivery staff is lier. He called me parcel is on the way and someone will call you but no one called and night I followed up by calling them and still they said guy will come. I got absent on my work. They don’t respect time for customer. And their customer service is pathetic. If you feel I’m wrong here contact me as I have all the contact details and time whom I contacted and from which number I called. Addidas is a brand but they are expoiling because they deliver item with this company. I ordered for my trip but unfortunately won’t be able to wear on my trip.
They don’t value your time, unprofessional staff, worst customer service and lier.
I hope many will be benefit with my review and if any clarification I can provide all the details.

I will add one more thing just now someone called and she says my parcel is in warehouse but u know what irony is as per the tracking it is out for deliver on morning 8:59:45am.

IRRESPONSIBLE DELIVERY

Regarding my order CM0001001388,Yesterday 2.55 pm,one of your delivery guy holding the phone number “0522413968”called me and asked my location..he asked my location and explained him the route..He told me he will come late.After i was waiting for him and called him several times,like 7.45pm,8 and 8.15pm..He refused to take the call.Then i tracked the shipment,it was showing he came here in my location and unable to deliver.
Still not yet delivered ..If you want anything to send through SHIPA you need to consider, this delivery might come after two days even though written as 24/7 availability.And the online chat (Ali) is saying that it will come tomorrow.WELL DONE ..NEVER USE THIS TEAM FOR AN URGENT DELIVERY. THEY WILL DELIVER OUR ITEM IN THEIR OWN TIMINGS ON AS SHOWN IN THEIR TRACKING

If there was less than a start I would give them.
Very unprofessional delivery company, my package was supposed to be delivered within 24 hrs, however i's been now almost 3 days and still not delivered.
When I call the customer service, the only thing they say " we will try our best!!!".
Poor service and poor customer service.

Overcharge of customs/ Vat

My small parcel from the uk worth £85 got shipped with Shipa. On delivery, the driver said that I needed to pay aed 99 as customs and VAT as per the new rules. I found out later that the revised rule is 5% Customs and 5% Vat on orders over aed 300. But I’ve already paid.

The Dubai customs and Vat is 5% plus 5%. I have checked that before submitting this review and also speaking to you directly. It’s should be aed 38 maximum, not aed 100. Total value of package was aed 380 and you made me pay aed 100 as customs and tax. This is not a high value order

Just the worst “delivery” service

Just the worst “delivery” service. They won’t deliver!
It has now been over two weeks (!) since my package arrived to their facility with no delivery. They’ve rescheduled my delivery four times now. I have repeatedly given them my contact details, which they should already have anyway, but each time they say they arrive at the address, that they attempt contact and have no reply, and that I “want to reschedule.” No one comes to the house, no one calls or messages, and no I do not want to reschedule. I can prove all of these. The only means of contacting them is through a live chat and it is of no help. I have asked for real numbers I can call for assistance, and even offered to collect the delivery myself since they do not seem to want to deliver - nothing. I believe I will be avoiding any future exchanges with any businesses using this company. I simply cannot comprehend or appreciate the complete lack of reliability.
They replied to the review, yet when provided with details, NOTHING happens at all.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Worst service. I've been waiting for a delivery for 6 days now, I call up each day and just get told the same thing 'your item will arrive tomorrow'. I'm still waiting on my delivery!

The worst courier experience in the…

The worst courier experience in the UAE. I must start by saying that the driver was excellent, my terrible experience was no fault of his but due to a terribly ran and very poorly organized company.
They sent a delivery driver with my parcel, along with a message that he must collect 48AED from me in custom duties, without any prior email or SMS with this information. He had no card machine and no alternative way of collecting the money other than me paying in cash. It was the middle of the day, I was in a meeting and there is no ATM anywhere near where I live.
I called customer services to ask if I could pay the fee online, to which they replied that the only option was for me to return my (expensive) parcel to the driver. Absolutely shambolic! Incredibly stressful experience. Will never use again.

Inept professionalism

Its worrying that a whole company is paid to inconvenience people who are keeping them in business. I am beginning to rethink the whole mantra of Dubai service delivery because the company clearly shows ineptitude and a total carefree attitude of meeting the stipulated delivery dates made by the supplier. Utter disgraceful for a company that is getting this many contracts to simply inconvenience their King..

Worst delivery service. The delivery man demanded that I go down even when I’m not feeling well. It’s his responsibility to deliver it door to door. And he did not. It’s my first time encountering such poor service.

Very very bad experience I’m so sorry of this level and way to treat your customers,,,my courtier call and apologized many times on 2 days one that he’s late so he can’t come and the other he made a mistake and forget my order in company the last tell me to stay waiting him more than one hour after this he come wait only three minutes and go ,,,without even replying my calls or messages on what’s app,,this courtier appears his name on what’s app Salman,,also too late to deliver my order,,,not recommend this company at all

Delivery man starts extorting money for…

Delivery man starts extorting money for delivery giving instructions on leaving the money with reception and send him prove by WhatsApp. What kind of company is this? Dont understand why online platforms use them if they tarnish the whole customer experience journey. Now my package is held hostage by these scums.

Worst Service Provider..!

Shipa Delivery Guy called me around 12:00 to wait his call then come down to collect my shipment. I request him to come up to my flat, but he refused and said if I don’t go down collect he will cancel my delivery. What a shameful company. (There is NO parking issues, we have plenty of free parking available) my delivery slot was (11-14) but delivery arrived around 5 PM.

LIV Delivery late / Customer service and driver are all stpd

My LIV Debit card delivery was supposed to be delivered last 23.06.22 now it get's delayed for 1 week and the call center keeps on telling that "sorry there's we put your request on priority" when you ask for manager, they will say there's no manager around. Imagine I asked for 2 days and there's no manager around. Their driver are all stpid they won't even wait or call you . I hope this company close
