Great service, they shipped my bike at a very competitive price from Wyoming to the UK. The customer service was helpful, and the bike arrived 3 days after being dropped off. Was very impressed, would use again.

Great service! Better prices than major carriers and better than their direct competitor bikeflights.com. Shipped a 41 lb. bike box from Michigan to Wisconsin for $88...including signature confirmation and $1500 insurance. Turns out they actually ship via FedEx but are able to offer much better rates by getting a volume discount and passing some of it on to senders. Would also rather use FedEx than UPS or USPS as it greatly increases the likelihood that a package arrives on time and in one piece. But the best part about using ShipBikes? Calling the customer service number with a quick question and having a real person answer the phone! Unheard of in this day and age — and such a welcome surprise! And a gold star for the guy that answered and was super helpful. :-)
