Shipbird is a personal shopping and package forwarding service that helps people outside the US buy from American retailers, no US card or address needed. If you've ever tried to order from Amazon, Target, or Sephora and gotten blocked at checkout because you're paying from abroad, that's exactly the problem we solve. With Personal Shopping, you send us a link to what you want and we buy it directly on your behalf. With Package Forwarding, you get your own US shipping address (a suite number at our Austin, TX hub), and we receive, consolidate, and ship your packages internationally. We ship to any country FedEx serves, with the same discounted rate across the board. Our most active customers are in India, the Philippines, Brazil, Singapore, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, but the service works the same everywhere FedEx delivers. Shipbird is founder-run. Every order is handled personally, not by a call center. If something goes wrong, you're talking directly to the person who owns the problem.

Finally a way to get US stuff home without the headache

I'd been trying to order a few things from a US site for a while but my card kept getting declined and they didn't ship internationally anyway. A friend mentioned Shipbird so I gave it a try.

Rahul bought everything for me, sent photos when it arrived at his place, and kept me updated the whole way. The shipping cost was clear before I paid, no surprises. Package showed up in about a week and everything was packed well.

What I liked most was being able to just message him directly when I had questions instead of dealing with some support ticket system. Will definitely use it again.
