Worst response times we’ve experienced.

Worst response times we’ve experienced.
Their multi‑FC system keeps pushing us out of stock, slashing revenue, and we’ve been waiting 15 days for a real fix. Repeated follow‑ups haven’t helped.
Customer support is no better—answers are canned and unrelated to the actual issue. Pray you never need their help.

I was disappointed with my experience…


I was disappointed with my experience interacting with ShipBob. While the company presents itself as US-based, my support interactions were clearly outsourced, and the representative I spoke with struggled with clear communication in English. I was simply looking for a reliable alternative to Amazon for fulfillment and storage, but the lack of clarity and professionalism in the support process made me question the overall reliability of the service. If this is how potential clients are treated, I’m concerned about how actual clients are supported

Great 3PL Service!

ShipBob has been great to work with, so far the process has been great and easy to work with. They're able to handle our 3PL fulfillment without issues so far, and the software has been easy to work with. Their services have made our logistics a lot easier to work with.

Working with Shipbob

Working with Shipbob has been an excellent experience thus far. Suproteek, the Shipbob representative, was extremely helpful in getting my account set up, integrated with Shopify, and troubleshooting issues/ solutions. I am extremely confident with this service. Thank you.

Problems after problems...

We have been working with ShipBob for some time (in the US). Unfortunately, there have been problems from time to time over the last few months and their team is rarely helpful. For example, during an FBA shipment there was a technical glitch in Seller Central, whereupon we were able to select and send in products that were actually flagged by the algorithm as “enough or too full” after the fact. Our request to remove three of these products from the shipment was met with absolute ignorance and we were offered to put the entire shipment back into storage and then create a new order to prepare the FBA shipment. Excuse me? I have never experienced anything so outrageous and uncooperative. I expect to work with a “partner” at eye level here and not with a mass handler who doesn't care about the satisfaction of its own customers and completely ignores work instructions. Especially in such a small case.

In addition, products worth USD 800 were again delivered to the wrong address yesterday.

After these incidents, we will probably look for another provider. Unpleasant, but better for our brand, which is being damaged in terms of sales and customer satisfaction.

Shipbon has few policies which…

Shipbob has some policies which disadvantage their customers , but luckily we have a good account manager who puts effort into making it work as well as possible

Most of the time everything is smooth

Most of the time everything is smooth. Sometimes hard to a proper answer regarding late or undelivered parcels with the carrier directly, long waiting times while customers waiting for parcels.
Been using Shipbob for about 2 years and expanded to different countries.

Reliable 3PL

Shipbob does what they promise which is more than most. Reason why it's not a full 5 stars is they won't promise to do everything that I want them to do. Our company is fast growing and requires flexibility, Shipbob tries to be as flexible as possible but there are some limitations that we have to work around. That being said I think all Shipbob alternatives will have these problems and I find Shipbob is at honest with what they can do.

​After integrating ShipBob into our e-commerce operations, we've observed both advantages and challenges. The platform integrates seamlessly with our Shopify and Amazon store, and its extensive fulfillment network has enabled us to reach customers nationwide efficiently. However, we've encountered challenges with shipping costs for larger items, as ShipBob's pricing structure can lead to higher expenses for heavier or bulkier products. While ShipBob offers a robust infrastructure, improvements in cost-effectiveness for larger items would enhance the overall experience.

Great teamwork - always willing to help!

Always willing to help! We are grateful to the ShipBob team for always being willing to help solve the unexpected or unusual situations that come up in running an ecommerce business! If a solution doesn't exist they help create one! The teamwork and sense of everyone working together to make it happen is really reassuring as fulfillment is such a critical part of running a successful business!
