Affordable international shipping

First time using Shipixy to mail a box to Germany. Very affordable pricing. Had trouble finding the shipping label but customer service helped me out quickly and emailed it to me. Will be using this service again.

Shipixy staff they respond to you…

Shipixy staff they respond to you quickly and try to help you the most, I was having problem in shipyourcart website to ship 3 parcels, they arrange and call them even though they dont have too! They done this just help me out, thats very nice and kind of them, I respect that

This was my first time using this…

This was my first time using this company to ship a package to the UK. The only problem I encounter was the instructions for drop off location which was unclear. Otherwise everything went smoothly and my package arrived at its destination within the time specified. I will definitely use this service again

Fast international shipping

Amazingly fast shipping was an impressive surprise. It was little hard to complete all the shipping info via mobile, but it was fairly straight forward on a desktop website. Definitely recommend for international shipping.

There is no clear communication…

There is no clear communication regarding when the customer will be able to print a shipping label. I have paid for my shipment and would like to print the label and get the box to FedEx; but I can’t until SHIPIXY sends me the label to print. I have checked my Junk/Spam folder as well as my inbox. So, right now I’m feeling cheated. Clear communication about how long it should take for SHIPIXY to send the label would help.

After opening a Chat session with SHIPIXY, the customer service rep was able to email me the shipping label. If they had gotten me the label as expected this would have been a 5 star review.

Shipixy had the cheapest shipping rate…

Shipixy had the cheapest shipping rate I could find for my package. I had a problem printing the label, but customer service responded to my email and fixed the problem expeditiously. I will use Shipixy again

Charged my card

Charged my card. Didn’t give me a label. Didn’t respond to dispute. And haven’t deleted my account after asking to have it deleted. Fraudulent company

you provided no instructions on your imvoice as to the drop off location/place for my shipmint

Unfortunately, the drop off location will not be mentioned in the label or the invoice by any carriers.

Our system allows you to schedule pick up . If you decide you drop off the package you will be have to search on the FedEx website with the help of your postal code. Thanks for your valuable feedback we will try adding the FedEx link to our website where customers can look for the near by drop off area with the help of postal code.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service! I shipped a box last October and FedEx lost the box, when I filled a claim FedEx told me that the site which I used for issuing the shipping label should file the claim, I tried to reach them “shipixy” many times but no body answered ! And I lost the box and the reimbursement

Fantastic company!

Fantastic company! I ship gifts to my family in Australia. Shipixy makes it very easy! Easy to use their website and get everything set up then simply drop package off and it gets there super fast!
