Takes the hassle out of shipping
We have used Shipmate for 2 years now, they are a great team and always really helpful when we contact support. The system itself is really easy and inuitive to use, routing rules are simple to setup so you get the best rate or particular service you want and the tracking for all carriers comes back to shipmate making it really easy to get the info you need to your customers ASAP. Onboarding new carriers is usually really easy and saves you doing multiple integrations, it has taken a little longer than expected over the last few months however I think a lot of companies have been switching in peak and I expect this to go back to normal now.

You're absolutely right about the peak period around mid-November onwards as both we and the carriers are often dealing with much higher demand, and do our best to keep everything running smoothly for everyone during that time, which can mean waiting a little longer for new features or integrations.

Woocommerce-based website automated shipping
I worked closely with the team at Shipmate to transition a Woocommerce-based website customer over to more of an automated way of shipping and the end result worked a treat and has saved them a great deal of time and hassle. The shipmate team bent over backwards to get the system working and guided the client and myself along the process.
