I love the design. Unfortunately when I received the case, it almost seemed melted in one corner. It was a little long for delivery.

I was sent the wrong case for maybe my fault. I contacted you and was given a code to use when placing my new order at no cost with a $10.00 charge, very accommodating. Well I tried placing my order using this code without success, I kept trying and still was unable have it work. I then called and could not reach anyone. Finally, I gave up and ordered a new case at my expense. I notified MyCase by email explaining my situation where the code did not work and requested reimbursement or reverse of my charges. I have not had any reply for 2 weeks. What type of customer service is this? I believe the operative word is “reasonable”, this has not been a reasonable process or reasonable customer service. I would not use them again and do not recommend them.

Beautiful lightweightase.The only thingI don’t like is a sticker of a apple in the middle that peeled off righ5 away. I appreciate you gave a few extra, but it may have been better not to have them at all. Sleek design.

I paid $45 for a case that was delivered to the wrong address. It’s been weeks now and I’ve been emailing the company and I’ve had absolutely no response, this is terrible customer service!

Case was fractionally to small for iPhone therefore wouldn’t fit properly and it broke where the charging cable goes. Very thin and flimsy product. Took photos as proof. I was told I didn’t need to send it back but if I paid another $10 they would send me another one.
I declined their offer and asked for a full refund. They said can’t do that until received broken one back. Because it took them 4 or 5 days to reply to my constant messages for a refund, I had already binned the broken case.
So now they have referred me to their ‘returns policy’.A load of small print for them to fall back on. People like this do not deserve to be in business.

This case prevents my phone from charging on an induction charger (Qi). I’ve tried to contact the company about returning it and get no help.

The cost of the case, which was more than $60, was not justified by its quality. Additionally, the plastic stand included with the case was of very poor quality.

The cases are very attractive and have features that would be beneficial for the iPhone. I particularly appreciated the venting feature on some of the cases for when the phone heats up.

The mistake I make was with my failure to fill the address information and city/state.

I purchased two cases one case came with a stain on it and the other case the ports don’t match up so can’t plug your charging cord into the telephone. I have reached out four times the first time she asked me to wipe the case with stain down, I had not discovered that the second case didn’t fit properly and when I contacted her about the second case, no response Sezzle won’t help me either so I’m going to call my bank and file a claim for fraud I have no plans on paying for product that is defective unusable, and the merchant refused to reply

I started my search for a new cell phone case that was pretty, yet rugged enough to protect the phone in case it was dropped. It was so hard choosing one case because I liked several. The company made the ordering process easy. I can't wait for it to arrive.

terrible case. they advertise as if its super durable. Mine and my wife's cracked the first week we got ours and started to fade of color as well

Cases are cheap, clever advertising, good thing they were inexpensive. Wouldn’t trust them to protect the phone.

The constant emails are annoying and they continue to come even though I’ve requested they stop

I needed to exchangeable the cases for a the correct iPhone , send an email to the company letting them know about it and how to exchange the product, I never got an answer back. Terrible customer service.
