Order going wrong
We had an important order going to a company with multiple departments. The customer forgot to include the correct department name, so the parcel could not be delivered and was sent back to Shipnex24. Their support team reached out proactively. Parcel is back, want to correct the address. We can re label it for you. Normally I would have expected to pay for a new label plus maybe a handling fee. Owner himself was helping me out. But as a courtesy, they covered the new label themselves and got the parcel back on the road the same day. Because Shipnex24 is integrated with German Post or DHL, everything went smoothly and fast as they told me. We did not have to ask twice. The customer got their package with barely any delay.
