I honestly dont know what the actual value of this service is. I purchased it on an item I purchased, the item was damaged, and I got a refund. I dont see how purchasing your service provided me any value for the money spend as I would have been due the refund anyway. maybe you can shed some light on this.

My favorite spice to used with fish! I did order two containers of aces first cast season and one broke open. I sent a picture in and they immediately responded and sent a new order. I’m very pleased with the service and highly recommend trying aces first cast seasoning!
When FedEx left my package somewhere unsecured and my expensive purchase was presumably stolen, I contacted Shipped customer service since I had added Shipped Shield to my delivery. They didn’t ask me to track down camera footage, they simply replaced my order. It genuinely made my week. I’d happily use their service again if needed.
I did not get my shipment.
I tried reaching out with no response.
This is not a good company to do business with as I was stolen from and then asked to give a review about the experience
My item were shipped quickly and efficiently and arrived rapidly
My first shipment stalled on first day of shipment and stayed there for two weeks until I called. I had to cancel that order and reorder. My reorder was shipped immediately and received within a few days. The process of handling both orders was very easy and user friendly. I appreciate how quickly my issue was resolved.
I disliked the fact that I received a refund instead of being sent a bat. I reached out about that possibility and never got an answer back. I did get a quick refund so no complaints there!
All three orders arrived heavily damaged due to the shipping not placing the fans in a shipping carton. One fan is not working due to the badly damaged boxes. FedEx left the damaged parcels at my front door as I would have refused them due to the damages during shipping. Very disappointed with my experience.
