One star just because you can’t give zero.
The worst company ever. I cancelled my order at Hverdag.de in July, I have sent the cancellation notice from Hverdag.de to their support but they still say that my order is on its way, and won’t refund my money.
I made an order in March that has never been delivered and they have not replied to any of the emails I have made during the last 3 months
They delayed my order, i paid for same day shipping. They now say, maybe tomorrow or the next day.
Claimed the delivery driver got sick, after having my order for 3 hours. And no other delivery driver was available until "maybe tomorrow or 2 business days".
They claim no responsibility.
If I could it would have been an over crossed star.
This company hasn’t been able to deliver my stuff that I ordered 7/7-23.
And some of the blame falls Bodega Shop as well because they recommended this company.
