I really dont get what the company is for, i have to work all my hours out, all my overtime out, then add them all up, get a clocking in sheet, get my foreman to agree my hours and wait 5 weeks for them to pay me a weeks money, then i have to deduct my tax and put that aside for the end of the tax year, and they want to charge me for just transferring money to me???? Avoid using this company or avoid joining a company that use these because there probably trying to avoid paying something, legal thieves !!

Thank you for your review, which is a little baffling.
The scenario you explain regarding the need to collate and document your hours and then have them authorised by your foreman, is common practice for all sub-contractors. The hours you work have to be authorised to prove that you have actually worked those hours.
In reference to 5 weeks for you to get paid, the company you are contracted to (not Ship Shape) do pay some workers on a monthly basis. This is something you would need to discuss with them directly as we have no control or influence on this.
In terms of tax deductions, you have chosen to be employed on a self-emplyed basis, which in turn means you need to put funds aside to pay your tax when completing your annual self-assessment.
We can employ you under a PAYE model, where you wil be taxed every week, but you decided against this option.
it appears that your review is aimed at the company you are physically working onsite for, rather than Ship Shape and as such, I would ask that you remove this review at place it with the correct company.
