Shipster is a great tool which we have been using for about a year now. The team provide fantastic support in case of need. My only suggestion would be for support to start earlier so their working hours are in line with the working hours of their clients.
We've been working with Shipster Solutions for the past 24 months. Their support team has always been top-notch, very fast on responses. Good detailed explanations and brief communication.
However in the past 48 hours, after dealing with the last-minute crisis our Carrier brought to us, Shiptser did magical work. Our carrier seems to do a secret API update that no one had any idea which brought all our ecosystem nearly down as my packages start to return back from Carrier the same day.
