compares rates so you get the best price

I had been using Shiptime for a very long time. It is generally quite good comparing shipping rates, and they have good customer service.
They just announced a new 15% administrative fee to applicable "carrier adjustments." To me, that's jargon. How about just saying "fees applied by the carrier after the agreed-upon rate"? Their email didn't even indicate what a carrier adjustment is. I had to read a long policy to find out. That's why they get 4 starts instead of 5.
