Scam Alert ! I am writing this to warn every Shopify seller to stay far away from this service. They are engaging in a complete bait-and-switch scam; they initially promised that I would be charged on a "per label" basis, but instead, they have been illegally deducting funds for every single order received on my Shopify store—regardless of whether I used their service to ship it or not! For example, I had 100 orders and only used them for 20 shipping labels, yet they charged me for all 100. This is an unethical and fraudulent practice designed to drain your bank account. To make matters worse, their support team is refusing to acknowledge this daylight robbery, offering a pathetic 4k refund while keeping the vast majority of my hard-earned money. It would literally be cheaper and more honest to hire a full-time staff member for 20k a month to handle manual processing than to let these thieves touch your business. Do not be misled by their sales pitch—they are unprofessional, unethical, and a total fraud! @ Giftoo

Extremely bad experience with Shipway delivery. The delivery person rang the bell and left the fragile parcel at the main door without waiting. The package was marked “Fragile – Handle with Care”, yet it was thrown and damaged, with clear foot marks on it.
When questioned, he responded rudely and arrogantly, saying delivery is his only job and damage is not his responsibility. Very unprofessional behavior.
Worst delivery experience. Completely disappointed.

Our experience with Shipway has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging.

Their courier partners continuously fail to deliver parcels and frequently mark false delivery attempts such as “consignee unavailable” without ever calling or visiting the customer. This has resulted in a rapidly increasing RTO percentage, angry customers, and significant losses for our business.

A clear example:
One parcel was shipped via Shipway using Delhivery AWB No. 35014917585620, which was falsely marked as consignee unavailable. We raised this issue with Shipway’s support team and managers, but no action was taken.
We later re-shipped the same parcel directly via Delhivery (AWB No. 8994610039454), and it was successfully delivered—proving the failure was entirely on Shipway’s side.

Despite repeated complaints, Shipway shows no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution. They appear to be only processing shipments formally while avoiding responsibility for actual delivery performance. Even in previous cases like weight disputes, promised supporting images were never shared.

For businesses that depend on reliable last-mile delivery and accurate reporting, Shipway is not trustworthy. We strongly recommend avoiding Shipway if you want to protect your customer experience and reduce operational losses.

Fraud company - Do weight scam in courier business to loot sellers.

This company has had my shoes for a week still out for delivery status according to tracking there is no customer service number to call seems like they are common thieves stealing from customers now I have to get my bank involved to get my money back even after I informed GOAt this is a bad company to use for delivery I won’t buy anything from GOAt again this has to be a inside job with someone working at Goat to continue to use this delivery company after so much theft has happened!

Shipway Technology is a fraud company.Even though i ddnt order anything from here, but they fraudlently said that my order is COD and took away INR 1400 from me for a cloth which was actually torn. I ll report this to consumer court and take it forward to cybercrime cell as well.

Subject: Wrong Product Delivered – Refund Request (Order BZ13609)

I ordered a Galaxy A14 Cover with Protection Glass (Order BZ13609, Challan No: 30234024485435), but Shipway delivered a wrong product (Apple cover only).

The seller’s email/domain
) is fake and unreachable, which makes this a case of online shopping fraud. Since Shipway is the logistics partner mentioned on the challan, you are the only valid contact point.

I request you to either process a full refund immediately or provide me with complete verified details of the seller.

If this is not resolved within 7 days, I will escalate to the Consumer Forum and the Cyber Crime Cell (Govt. of India).

I wash there was a negative star concept so I could award them that. Bunch of scammers they are. Only looting sellers money by fake rto, extra charges on each parcel in the name of weight reconciliation and not delivery at all. Only making loss for others. We lost so many orders and customers. No customer support. Only fake ticket system where tickets get closed by themselves without any resolution. And to top it all, logistic companies partnered with misplace the articles and they don't take any accountability of anything. Small sellers, stay away from them.

I booked too shipments of Kurti barely of 200g and they charged me for wrong weight for 1kg

Very poor Service. This is a pathetic system where as soon as you sign up they will try to cross sell you their different products like ConvertWay(for whatsapp marketing), Shipway Delight and Shipway Saas products etc.. Dont become a fool. they are much more like any other courier aggregator shipyaari or shiprocket no difference at all....
They will also tell you that we are giving you dedicated person who will look into your issues but these are all bogus claims. No one does anything and you are backto creating tickets in their platform and keep waiting for their for their reply till eternity.

I am using Shipway for last 1 year and its help us a lot in our eCommerce business. Earlier we used to have tons of queries from our customers about the order status, but now there are reduced to almost nil
