Very helpful staff at Reception, Service and also the Technicians who all took time to make my visit there enjoyable. Decent coffee too and a huge range of bikes and clothing. Great Service
Our neighbour needed a new tyre he had already bought fitted to his mobility scooter. I took the wheel off & went to “normal” tyre companies who said they couldn’t do it, so I tried Shirlaws. They were amazing, one of the service guys came out & fitted the tyre in 10-15 minutes & they refused to take any money. That’s what I call great service!

Assistance received
Beginning of September 25, my wife and I, were going on a bike tour round Europe. Had a strange event with the bike which resulted in the engine management light coming on.
Rang up Shirlaw’s service department and spoke to one of the guys there ( I forget the name), I won’t go into details but the help and reassurance I received was second to none. A Triumph dealership had been contacted in Germany and arrangements made for me to go there and get the bike checked that was on the route I was riding. Outstanding!

Service Second to None
I purchased my motorbike from Shirlaws a couple of months ago.
I had arranged a test ride of the bike I was looking at with Daniel and he couldn't have been more helpfull.
Bike was ready when I arrived and my partner was looked after by all the staff while I was away.
Daniel sorted out my paperwork and filled out the road tax forms for me. All while constantly asking if we wanted coffee/tea/juice!
Then trying on trousers and jeckets upstairs, Louise was outstanding in her knowledge of her stock and helped my partner understand why using my second hand helmet wasn't a good idea.
Full disclosure, I had only come to test the bike and then buy it online, but Daniel, Louise and the rest of the staff at Shirlaws were so helpfull that I felt that buying the bike from here would be such a better option.

Not pushy. Went the extra mile. (Am fussy, just like things done properly) big thanks Daniel.
Due to my health issues and height, am limited to what bike I can comfortably ride.
This bike became available, with some very nice extra’s.
Felt good when I sat on her, and on test ride.
Didn’t feel pressured into buying (would just walk, if I had!)
Heather (I think, at reception) had a decent banter with.
Plus the staff up in the accessories/clothing department,are super helpful.

2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200RS

By far the best bike buying experience…
By far the best bike buying experience I've had to date. Super knowledgeable staff and made to feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the showroom.
Daniel had everything ready to go before my arrival and I was back out on the road in no time on my new machine. That's not to say I felt rushed, just very efficient with no faff! Everything clearly explained and organised.
Had a look around the massive showroom and the huge range of accessories and clothing before leaving and felt like a kid in a sweet shop. You need it? They probably have it - or I'm certain they could get it.
10/10 buying experience. Looking forward to my first service so I can have another look around the place.

New bike purchase
Just traded my 2020 Tiger 900 Rally Pro for a 2025 model and received great service from Daniel and the team. Some parts were swopped from old to new and some new accessories fitted too. Know how to look after customers
I bought my Triumph Tiger 800 Sport from Shirlaws and had the first service last week. Firstly, because I had a date in mind they shortened the prep time of the bike from 2 weeks to 10 days, allowing me to collect on the one spare day I had.
They were also very obliging in doing a quick handover as I had an afternoon flight to catch and when I bought a dry bag they helped fit it and gave me a 10% discount.
For the service I asked nicely if they could fit a USB Charging point. They advised me on the most cost effective option, and despite being very busy fitted the unit as part of the service.
Really accommodating, and managed my stress well with great service.
