Exceptional service and luxury shirts
I have now ordered multiple shirts at shirtbyhand. I had been measured by a member of staff and have then ordered myself online. I am massively impressed by the high quality of the fabric and also the manufacturing. The stitching is super accurate and very neat, making the shirts real luxery items.
I really suggest to order the fabric samples. I used to order the same shirt but have now discovered other fabrics. My absolute favourites are the shirts form the performance line! Also to add, their customer service is exceptional and delivery times are on time (they state 3 weeks and it has never been longer)

My experience at the shop in HH was very good. The delivery process was smooth, and I am very happy with the product itself. However, I was disappointed with the handling of VAT. Although I am not domiciled in the EU, I had to pay VAT at the time of purchase and again upon delivery. This process should be improved to achieve a five-star rating.

Production- and Deliverytime were suitable and so were the shirts
