Never received my t-shirt. Customer service keeps answering with a link I already have to track my package. Link only shows that it comes from China, NOTHING CANADIAN about this company!

I ordered 4 hoodies on 7 February 2026 and they were all delivered correctly on 16 Feb. The product quality is fine and very good value .I read the negative reviews for this company, but this has not been my experience .I would use Shirtcanada again .

I purchased t-shirts on December 12th for which I was charged on my credit card. There has been no sign of delivery and it is December 28th. I realized that shirt Canada is not Canadian at all and I wish I had known that from the first search.

I have been waiting for over a month for my tshirt and just keep getting a run around. I think this is a scam

I feel that I have been scammed. The tshirt I purchased is a waste of my money...it is impossible to read the printed words DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE I wlhave sent 2 emails with no response from the so-called company.

Wish I saw those reviews before ordering. Shipping and delivery was good but nothing but very poor quality product. It’s called shirtcanada and they pretend to do it locally but it’s not. I even chose the better quality fabric and it’s very bad compared to the standard quality fabric available on TeePublic for example. It’s supposed to be printed but it’s flock on and seems like stolen jpeg files on the internet that are zoomed in. It’s not centered like at all. Plus 10 CAD for shipping for each item. No response from them whatsoever. I think we can safely assume that it’s a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Ordered 2 T shirts that were supposed to be Calvin Klein T shirts.
When they arrived they were a joke! They were NOT Calvin Klein but a reproduction of them. The one T shirt print was wrinkled and was not even put on straight and the quality of the print was very pixelated. The other one wasn’t much better and on both T shirts the print/logo felt sooo plasticky and hard. Whoever is operating this website is a total scam. For what I paid for these 2 crappy T shirts, I went to the Calvin Klein outlet and got 2 more for near enough the same price…….never again :(

i have to cancel the purchase via my card.... otherwise they just steal your money

Omg, I think a 2 year old made these shirts. Legit worst screening I have ever seen. I wouldn't even wear them as pajamas. I CANNOT EXPRESS VERBALLY HOW F**KING BAD THEY ARE! I AM CRY LAUGHING AND THEY ARE F**KING HIDEOUS! DO NOT SHOP HERE, I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, THEY ARE THAT BAD!

I ordered my shirt 5.8.2024 and received 14.8.2024 within 10 days periods. Good service. Thank you

I ordered two different t-shirts, one in men's style/cut and the other in women's style/cut. They sent the correct t-shirts but both were in men's, meaning one was wrong. No remedy via email, they didnt pick up the phone.

it is important to know they dropship from China, i dont think it is economical for them to ship another shirt to fix the mistake in my order so they simply disregarded my outreach. It seems like a one-man operation as a side hustle, very minimal resources devoted to interface with customer, purely a website for order intake,

In short: if you buy their shirts, it is final sale. If they get your order correct it is probably ok, if they get it wrong there is no remedy available.

This is a scam. The company has several websites in several coutries. In each instance, they have fake local addresses and unusable phone numbers. Emails go through but are not answered. The company/companies steal images of art from the internet and reproduce them poorly in China. There are several reports of items arriving torn and damaged. Mine was just a low resolution copy of the image that I wanted, printed in low quality on a low quality shirt. Save your money, this is ridiculous.

Anyone have a telephone number for them ? I ordered two t shirts a month ago. Emailed them but no reply. TIA

The shirts arrived fairly quick and the quality is okay. The sizing is off, as it is not a Canadian company as you might think. So make sure you order correct the first time. But there is no customer service. They say you can exchange but I have sent over a dozen emails requesting exchange and the only response I received was to check with my neighbours to see if they have my package 🤪. So I have 3 useless shirts that don't fit their intended recipient.
I will never order from them again!

My package arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. They were great when I asked for an update. Replied within a couple of hours. Was able to track my order with my tracking number. Will use them again.

This company pretends to be a Canadian company with Quebec address but it's not. When you look up the address it shows as a run-down apartment building. The phone number does not work and they don't respond to emails. I bought a shirt, but ordered the wrong size - they have a return policy but there is no way to execute a return. Would not recommend buying anything through this website.

More like Scam Canada. Lied about being a Canadian company, all the shirts come from China. They are put on low quality shirts with a iron on decal like the ones from Cereal boxes in the 70s. Buyer beware! Once bitten Twice Shy I say…

I ordered a shirt 6 months ago, I finally got it today and it's 3 sizes bigger than what I bought. It was horrible quality and honestly I put it on as a joke and it felt like I wasn't even wearing a shirt because of how big it was. Please don't order from this website
