I was advised I had a 15% discount as a first time buyer. Then was told no, discount only available for full price items.
Then my order arrived without the free samples and when I queried it I was advised that I had not processed my order properly and they could not send out the free samples and to go to a retailor and ask for free samples. Seriously I spent over £100 pounds and Shiseido could not even send out some samples some customer care.........

My return until now for more than a…
My return until now for more than a week is not yet refunded. I don’t like the shesiedo online works. Not easy unlike some other brand or company easy easy and quick. No update for the return. This is an expensive products but the way to do business and customer service not good at all.
