I’ve bought many products of the years…
I’ve bought many products of the years from Shisha Gear with no issues. Once I had a faulty pro cut which they quickly rectified. They often stick hookah products no one else has and as soon as they are released and the best part is they have a loyalty program where your collected points can get you things like free delivery or money off your next purchase.

This company has not delivered my order…
This company has not delivered my order and does not refund my payment.. It's been 3 months since I ordered, the amount paid is over 70 pounds - what a disgrace & disappointment

No issues, great product great service
Fantastic fast delivery no issues, online customer service was very helpful, however I did have issues getting through to the phone number so had to message online messaging but all issues sorted, my products were delivered quickly and safely with no issues when they arrived very happy with my purchase will definitely be using Shisha Gear again

Would recommend
Dispatch was quick. Unfortunately I encountered a problem with delivery which was not the fault of this company but they offered me a replacement or refund. Customer services is good, they respond to emails unlike lots of companies. I would recommend and buy from them again.
