Fraudulent company who have not delivered product, not refunded money, won't answer emails
I reported to both USA regulators and UK trading standards who have also been ignored
Do not send money or use them as it is a fraud, the good reports are fake

What has happened to this company? Have ordered several shirts in the past and been pleased so didn’t bother to read reviews. Ordered an XL in December 2023 as a Christmas present. It arrived on time and the fabric looked great in the packaging but, when opened on Christmas Day, it was very small with short arms. There was no return address on the website or invoice so I contacted them several times. ‘Matt’ has not replied to any of my emails and there are no other contact details. So disappointing.

Absolutely appalling company, take your money send you wrong items and then ignore any emails to them.

One star is too generous, if I could give a no star review it would be more realistic.

Well…. Shock of all..I recieved my s/shirt, not allowed to give their name it seems! Whilst I accept that you get what you are given.. This shirt , unlike any other I have seen before , was red white and blue stripes on the front, not pleasant at all. However, having ordered a medium size , I was sent a large, that is way too big for my son. No way to send it back, no answer as usual from Matt so my poor review still stands. Do not order from the site, others are available now.

I ordered a shirt Saturday and Tuesday my shirt turned up. Very impressed with the shirt and how quickly it turned up.

My second shiite shirt as the first one was too big after receiving a large instead of a medium but stuck with it, I have now ordered a medium but received a large yet again. Two emails to matt at shiiteshirts.com and still no reply, this is for my best mates funeral as it was at his request and I’m shitin fuming that I’m not getting a response 💩

Ordered a shirt. Didn’t fit. No details about returning it on the website. Emailed ‘Matt’ requesting return details. No answer after multiple emails. Unfortunately didn’t read these reviews first. My bad! Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a Shi** Shirt before reading these reviews, so I wasn't expecting a good result. Ordered on Friday, arrived on Monday by Evri ( what a shock). Unwrapped it and absolutely blown away by it. Great product, don't know why the bad reviews

Ordered a shirt, heard nothing for a couple of weeks, so queried, was told it was coming out. A few days later something was despatched via Evri. I asked for it to be delivered to a parcel shop pick up. Never arrived 1 of 3 from different places.
Now Evri have zero customer services except a bot, which just runs you round in circles. Then suggests you contact sender, who don’t reply. Have had to do a chargeback on my card. Shiteshirts and Evri hopeless customer service.

Shirt delivered, too big so requested a return. They do not provide any details on how to actually return the item for a refund so I've emailed to request it. They've come back and told me it would be better to gift it to someone rather than them providing a refund??? That's not up to you?

Still no response on how to return it over a month later, absolute scam

I suppose I should t expect anything else from a company that uses evri. Lives up to its name.
Took Money, no shirt, no reply to any emails I’ve sent, cheers Matt and shiteshirts.
All social media is out of date so no contact there.
Shocking these places still able to do this.

Ordered a shirt two months ago. No shirt, no replies to emails. Baffling.
Do not buy from this company.

Been waiting for a couple of months now for my shiteshirt. Monies taken from my account straight away with the promise of updates when shirt had been posted - Nothing!! Not even replying to my emails. This shirt was for a present for my son who serves in the Royal Navy. I dont have much money and this was going to be his main Birthday present. Didnt have enough money to buy anything else - So thanks for that!! Will never recommend to anyone and shall be taking this further.

Second Shiteshirt. All good. Delivered three days after ordered. Delivery updates all the way. It’s a little snug so think one size bigger than normal when ordering but it’s all good and gives me incentive to trim down a little.

Would encourage anyone to avoid this company, paid for the shirt, hasn't even been shipped, they've taken my money and I've sent several emails with no reply. robbing dogs!! steer clear

This company are robbers do not buy from them.
I ordered my husband a shirt for his birthday back in February I’ve been trying to make contact With Matt ever since regarding returning and ordering a larger size. That won’t be happening now. Absolutely no contact or any acknowledgment that they have received the email.
I ordered a large as that’s always been my husbands size and it’s more like a small so wanted to exchange or return and re buy. Don’t buy from the company they take your money and leave you with a useless product If I could leave no stars I would

I'm generally a medium but I ordered a large and the shirt still came up small on me. I bought this for a stag do and so it was time sensitive and I didn't want to mess around with returns etc too. The delivery was slow in the first instance but I left enough time whereby it would arrive on time. Short came up small even though its a size too big for me, not just around the stomach but also in the sleeves which could be best described as three quarter length sleeves, I guess. Considering the cost of the shirt, the quality of it is terrible and you'd get better quality at the local pound shop. I've been trying to sort out an exchange for about a week now but to no response and at this point I'm now trying to find the return address so I can obtain a refund. I'm relieved that I had the sense of mind to buy it on the credit card so I can take it up with them and let them pursue it against the company . Absolute joke.

Sizing was way out - ordered a 2XL, I'm a relatively 'normal' shape but some parts of the shirt are huge, some are tiny. Tiny across the shoulders, huge lower arms, strange cut across the stomach.

No response to emails re. an exchange or refund.

Ordered two shirts. As others have said, they arrived and the sizes were way out. Returned them with a request for replacement. Since then there has been silence, despite follow up.

Avoid.
