Ordered and paid for my order on 6th may, had confirmation to say it would be delivered on the following Tuesday. Never received my order, e-mailed them to ask why, had no reply so sent another message to ask for refund, still no reply. Tried to message again but website page says they are closed, so I am now out of pocket. They are a big scam

Had email on Sunday to say delivery due but after reading the negative reviews below. I am now not expecting this to be fulfilled. We are in isolation and cannot get out. Supermarket deliveries are 3 weeks away. We were relying on this to get us through for fresh fruit and veg. Its not just about the money. Its being let down.

I ordered a delivery for the first time, due to be delivered this morning. Didn't arrive, website gone, facebook page gone and guess what else is gone? My £47. Robbing gits. If they knew it was going down yet still taking money for orders they must have known couldn't be fulfilled.

Stinking rats in a sewer would have more integrity, than this, if it is deliberate.

After posting this 2 reviews came up from me, this one and one in 2012, although I do not remember it.

Delivery within specified timeslot.
However, an item was missing from my order and was not substituted with anything else. I have not been contacted about this nor have i received a refund for the missing item.

Used this service a few times and it was fantastic BUT I placed an order on Monday and it's still not arrived. Website has gone, no reply on email.

We ordered back in April and the guys were great. This week however, we ordered on Monday evening for a Tuesday delivery. The money has been taken and they never turned up. We now can't get hold of them as no response to the email, their website is down and no telephone numbers. We want our money back!

The delivery service is excellent in these difficult circumstances. If something is not listed that you need you can contact them and they will do their best to sort it out for you. They are very kind and considerate about their customers, and seem very dedicated indeed. Awesome job, well done.

Placed another order today and everything was delivered within 3 hours, excellent service highly recommended, prices maybe slightly higher but it can only be expected as the guys have got to queue to purchase the items that are ordered which is time consuming for them, saves me the time getting in queues, once again thank you for your service

Veggies are always fresh, drivers always friendly, have had no issues to date and will continue to use

Really handy service- prices are a bit expensive but don’t mind paying a bit extra for convenience- had a couple of mistakes in my orders but was quickly rectified and delivery guys are always polite-

Very good service that I have used 3 times now. The odd thing I have ordered has not been available but a good standard of substitute has been provided in return.
The delivery drivers are polite and stick to social distancing regulations.
