Ordered a pair of boots on Monday and received an update to say they were ready for dispatch within hours. They were delivered on Thursday morning, carefully packaged. The boots look great and fit perfectly. Overall, great service

Received wrong size
Received my shoes but they were the wrong size. I ordered a 5 and got a 4.
The size on the box was (38)5
I rang and was told a size 5 would be shipped to me and return label to return other shoes would be issued by post.
