We ordered a pair of shoes for our wedding (the order was done 4 weeks before the event, and delivery time was mentioned to be 2-3 weeks). The order came one day before the wedding. In the meantime, the company did not respond to our calls, and messages on Facebook and Instagram.
Ok, we got our shoes (almost) in time - 1 day before the event!
However, the quality is anyway too bad. Luckily, we managed to fix one shoe that was broken IMMEDIATELY after the first try and a short walk. The poor quality can be seen everywhere (drops of glue, protruding threads, and shoes are either just dirty or worn before).
Verdict: consider another shop to buy GOOD stuff, especially for important events.

Worst company ever, after approximately 2 months of unanswered mails and messages I got my refund by PayPal.
They are scamming people with a poor quality shoes that comes from turkey even shein's quality is better.

Super fast delivery and the support ist very polite and apathetic. I recommend the shop, the employee was pretty engaged to solve my problem

I have tried contacting this shop because my package was supposed to arrive on the 25th of may and it is now the 4th of june and still nothing. What’s worst is that i commented on their instagram posts and sent them a message privately and they deleted my comments so they would keep their image clear and fool more people. As for the private message, they did not answer.Moreover, I contacted the post via twitter and guess what , they answered in no matter of an hour and they mentioned that they did not receive any package and that i should contact the sender…

Very bad experience, bad quality like aliexpress or shein I sent back my purchase 15 days later now no refund, I can't believe this the team is not nice at all.
I sent pictures showing the bad quality they said "I see no problem at all" the pearls were extremely damaged!

Update: they didn't sent my money back they ignored my emails and my direct messages but finally PayPal had solved the issue and I got my money back. Thank you PayPal you are always there to help us with the scammers

Worst experience ever!
I ordered heels to wear on my engagement party. The heels I was sent were cheaply made heels that are probably bought off of Aliexpress or shein or whatever. The heels of the shoe were hot glued to the shoe?? It was barely possible to stand on the heels. It smells horrible. I sent the company an email and also a message through their website's chat option. It has literally been days and i have not received any kind of reply. I will never ever buy anything from them and do not even recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Slechtste klantenservice ooit. Slechte goedkope producten uit china wat wordt doorverkocht voor een duurdere prijs. Hakken zijn letterlijk gelijmd met een warme lijmtang ofs. WAARDELOOOOSS.

Hello I would like to return my order 4290. I can't believe that I already wrote three mails and some messages in WhatsApp and nobody answered.
The quality of the articles is terrible so I want to return the whole order! I need an lable for the return!

I ordered shoes for my civil wedding here and let me just say I am beyond disappointed. I was very much looking forward to receiving these shoes because they were looking so beautifully online.
The shoes are of such poor quality that it is actually an impertinence to sell them at all in good conscience.
The workmanship is super bad, in the transparent heel you can even see a screw, the glue is already coming off without me even trying the shoes on, so the beads are already almost loose. The one zipper on one shoe cannot be opened anyway, so a fitting would probably be impossible. In all, the shoe just looks super cheap and I will immediately throw them in the trash. This is an imposition! I really advise anyone not to buy anything here. It's not worth the money.

The shoes arrived in very poor condition and are also damaged. The crystal on the „Butterfly“ has fallen off. A very poor workmanship.

I have already tried to send the shoes to your branch in Gronau (Germany), as this was deposited in the package as the sender.

Through the tracking I have noticed that the package could not find your company at this address. I also wrote you on instagram and per E-Mail. In Instagram I got ignored!!!!

I will take legal action if nobody answers me in one week.

Never ever again. The package I ordered never arrived. After a long back and forth I got my money back. And only after more than three months, although I have drawn attention to it several times. My messages weren't replied until weeks later. Only after I submitted a review on Trustpilot they told me that i get my money back. At the end they threatened me with a lawyer if I don't renew my rating. The whole thing cost me a lot of time. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ordered in April, still not yet delivered. Tried to contact them via Instagram, whatsapp, emails (which they mention here below in there comments ) and phone - no reaction, only auto reply. After hundred of remindings has been blocked in WhatsApp.

Scam!!! Never got my package! No replies, no reaction, just got a block on their Instagram with their fake followers. Can’t believe I got into this. Can’t wait to write a police report and get my money back!!! Everything is traceable.
