Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I ordered online but had issues so I rang and spoke to Katie who was so helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately I had to return the shoes twice and Rick was great and so accommodating and gave me a full refund. Hoping to travel down to visit in person and make a purchase.
Definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying from Shoe Shuffle.

Bought a pair of shoes in the wrong…
Bought a pair of shoes in the wrong size. Contacted the shop straight away and they reserved the correct size for me whilst I sent the wrong ones back. Once received they shipped the right ones in no time! Excellent customer service!!

Excellent in every way
Have made 2 purchases from them and the service has been absolutely excellent by email and in person on the phone..3 different staff I spoke to, all excellent . I had to make returns although the shoes were excellent high quality shoes, and returns were handled quickly and very helpfully and refunded very quickly .All excellent .
