Satisfied by the box itself but unsatisfied because of the different between price in £ (Livre) and euros which has been explained by the transport.
So the transport from england to france is close to 100 euros (personnally i don't think so, it is a huge.
After that i had to pay for the airport taxes which was not included, also a huge for 15 kg. it is inadmissible.
Finally if i have to buy a new one i will take another manufacturer

From the moment of contact to delivery, they were very friendly, swift and on the ball, it was actually the MD who I spoke to (without knowing until afterwards) and he answered all my questions and was frank and upfront, I'd just missed a February deal they had on, but he said to say I'd spoken to him, and they'd honour it, which they did, and the box itself came super quick, within a few days! hopefully the box is as good as the service lol, it looks good in my living room lol but my trip isn't until October, to really test it.

Fantastic service - I had a very tight window in which to receive the box in order to take it with me. The team went out of their way to make sure I got it. Have flown long haul with the box and it’s been great.

Fantastic bike box: well designed, easy to pack, rolls like a dream and very robust.
Wheel bag system means you don't need to fully deflate tyres, so it's ideal for tubeless.
Excellent comm's and service, with queries answered immediately and delivered (to Ireland) in just a few days.

First class service from Martin to make sure I got the box in time for me to travel. Great product - sturdy, light on its wheels - which rather neatly rotate whichever way you choose to go. Recommended.

A very sturdy unit which should serve me well for a number of years! The service from Shokbox was great in that they despatched within a day of receiving my order.

Purchased a Shokbox Classic and was offered a free upgrade to a Shokbox Premium by Martin. Quickly dispatched and arrived within the week. The robust case has three layers of foam to protect my bike and is large enough to securely fit a 62cm Madone (with a few tweaks).

Excellent customer care and service. Martin kept me informed and responded promptly to my questions. Shok-box premium, in my opinion, is a well designed case. There is a slight weight penalty at 13.5kg (which includes the wheel bags and padding) however the case itself looks to offer 'bombproof' protection. Looking forward to using it.

I ordered shokbox premium in red. The travel case is excellent quality, comes with wheel and accessories bags and three layers of foam padding. The anti-crush system is great and stops the wheels contacting the bike when closing. Overall I am very happy with the product.
Ordering was simple and shipping was very fast. I had the case arrive 4 days after ordering and they shipped from the UK to NYC very quickly.
