I was delighted by the reviews and the photos are very cute so I ordered a jacket on Feb 22nd and was super looking forward to it. It was supposed to be a birthday present. However I still haven't received it yet. I got an email about a week ago that there are some issues with the materials but nothing more as to when I would potentially receive my order. The customer service was very fast to reply to my complaint which is the only positive experience I've had. I understand that the orders are custom made but the FAQs state that the orders might take up to 14 days before they can be shipped. As I said, I needed the jacket as a birthday present and ordered a month prior to the event. I hope I will receive the refund I requested...fingers crossed...but I will never order here again and cannot recommend the service in any way.

My absolute favourite brand <3 I've been buying clothes from Shoko Shop for years now and even though they are consciously handmade, they don't shrink when washed, and they keep their beautiful original design! I now go to Shoko Shop every year to pick my birthday gift(s ^^)

I just received the best delivery ever! Ordered two sweaters and sneakers. I am really happy about the quality and the fitting. Happy happy customer! Will definitely order again :-)

I have ordered from this shop twice, and both times I was very pleased with the quality of the clothes. Finally, a shop that offers beautiful designs, great quality, and an excellent fit.
I only wish they had more options for women in my age group who prefer fewer clothes but better quality.
I was informed in advance about the longer delivery time, since the items are not in stock but made to order. The customer service was excellent, and I didn’t need to return anything.
I fully recommend this shop!

When I started searching for brands for my store Ukiyo, Shoko Shop immediately stood out to me because of their designs, vibrant colors, and unique style. I decided to order a few pieces for myself first, and the experience was fantastic—the items I received were beautiful, and the quality truly impressed me.
From that moment, I knew I wanted to bring Shoko Shop to my store in Burgos, Spain. I’ve already placed two orders with great customer acceptance, and I will definitely continue working with them.

Loved the clothes but very very disappointed with their returns. I had to send back 3 items and did this 6 months ago (there is no free return policy and had to pay for the return myself). However even after this long, the store claims they have not received the items even though the items were not returned to me in case of inability to deliver. Really disappointed with this experience. Will not be buying from here again

Loved the products I got from Shoko! My skirt was well made and designed. I love that they took the time to stitch around the buttons so that the skirt isn't weirdly opening where you don't want it to! The fabric was a nice quality and very comfortable to wear. I loved my order! The price was higher than some clothes I have bought before, but worth it to me for a higher quality and design.

After months of mulling over, I ordered a sweater. When it arrived, I was really stoked with how lovingly, sustainably and consciously it was packaged. The sweater fits perfectly, has a wonderful quality, colour and it is my new favorite piece of clothing. I was about to throw away the clothing tag when I saw that I could plant it. Now I’m still waiting to see what will grow there. Thank you so much!

I was very nervous purchasing initially because of the reviews here. I mentioned it on their Facebook, to see how they would respond because I was absolutely obsessed with a few items for months and months by that point. They responded so quickly and kindly that I took the chance. The items arrived after 10 days which was so much quicker than expected. I live in Germany, and I chose DHL over UPS, it took them a 1-2 days to get it to me. That means the shop took about a week to get everything ready, and for items that are handmade (usually to order I believe), that is incredible speed. The quality is amazing. I am totally obsessed with the corduroy jacket I ordered and the Morrison shoes. Definitely my new favourite items. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I ordered 29th of October and got a mail inbetween that told me they had problems with fabric deliveries. Didnt hear from them for a while. Wrote 2 Mails asking about an update, they answered my 2nd Mail. 17.th of December my package arrived and the sweters I ordered are perfect <3

You need to have patience with this one but I still highly recommend

Completely in love with Shoko shop and their clothes, so far I made 3 orders and everything has been fantastic. I am not sure I ever wore better quality clothes. Thank you Shoko team for being so great ;)
