Very happy with Shomera and the whole process from purchase to installation. They were quick and efficient, were very clear and proactive on timelines/schedule and ultimately all workmen turned up when they said they would and were helpful and courteous throughout - with one or two very minor exceptions.
Build quality (so far) seems to be top notch - we really are delighted with our new garden room!

From the day the site survey was completed, the service has been very professional, on time and of a high quality. The whole team were excellent in the delivery of a fantastic product - I would highly recommend Shomera.

Couldn’t recommend Shomera enough. Studio arrived on the back of a truck and was constructed within two days. Absolutely hassle free. All plumbing, electrics and roofing etc was very smooth. No issues whatsoever. Brilliant aftercare. Might be a bit more expensive than other options but totally worth the money. Standard of finish is excellent and looks great with the cladding. Very, very pleased with product and service.

We are delighted with our new garden studio that Shomera supplied us. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The installation was swift and carried out to excellent standards.The staff were friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. The end product is both functional and yet is a beautifully designed space. We have had great feedback from our friends and neighbours who were fascinated by the professionalism of Shomera and how smooth the process was.

We are delighted with the extension that Shomera built for us. The project ran on time, every single work-person was pleasant to deal with and communication was clear. Carol was our main point of contact and she was wonderful!

I went with Shomera for my garden room as I know they have been in the business for years and had a reputation for quality.
As it happens, Shomera were hit with significant external challenges (Covid and world supply chain delays) which impacted on my delivery schedule. However, the Shomera team were super in terms of keeping me informed all along the way and I got the garden room that I had dreamed off.

Adding an additional building is a significant investment - but the Shomera team lived up to high expectations all the way through. Good advice at the showroom - a thorough site inspection where the details could be thought through. The team that did the site preparation were excellent, electrics and hard wired internet run in separately and the construction materials are excellent. We were right in the middle of COVID so had a long wait - but it was well worth it and I am very pleased with my new office which has converted an under used part of the garden superbly.

Everything looks great now and we were very happy with the work. Good communication and very professional team in the office and on site.

It was an absolute pleasure working with all of the team at Shomera and we are thankful for our beautiful new room every day. We had an idea for our build and needed it to be done with as little disruption as possible. The professionals at Shomera guided us at each stage and delivered an outstanding addition to our property, even after the disruption caused by the pandemic. Excellent job
We were very happy with our experience with Shomera. Once on site the whole process was completed in 3 weeks, despite the terrible weather delaying certain aspects. We were kept informed of changes in schedule, and all the workmen and trades people involved were very courteous, and professional. HIghly recommended.

Very happy overall with our Shomera experience. The installation phase in particular was managed extremely professionally. This involved a number of different trades, all of whom arrived at the appointed time and were all very easy to deal with. There was some delays in the lead time from order to delivery but this was due to circumstances beyond Shomera's control. The product itself is high quality and enhances our home.

Guys came 2 months earlier than expected which was great. All done in a couple of weeks. Looks great and is very cosy, so delighted with it. Weirdly the dog kennel vanished from right beside it. Otherwise all good.

Shomera provide an excellent service. They designed a wrap around extension to meet our needs and we are thrilled with the end result. The build work was delivered on schedule and on budget. No hidden costs and finished to a very high standard. The team worked around our young family and we only had to move out for a month while some of the heavy work was being completed. I would highly recommend Shomera.
