Went to collect
Product is fine and I will order again but dpd did not deliver or notify me that they tried to deliver. I had to go collect it myself and had to contact the vendor to find out where it had gone. would buy from this vendor again but dpd let them down.

At Last I have found what I have been looking for.
I have been searching for this specific product for months! Even though the site said NIL stock, I emailed them and it was explained that they are on back order.

Very quick delivery times, good value for money and exceptional customer service. I had an issue with an item caused by a third party and Durable took ownership immediately and resolved the problem straightaway. Rare to find such a responsive company. We were very impressed.

Not worth the price (I'd get a wooden one instead)
I had very high expectations of this product, given how expensive it is.
The plastic is of quality but the opening and closing is SO LOUD! Everytime I need to open the drawer, so much noise! It's just plastic sliding on plastic. I wish they did a better finishing. A second disappointment was that the keys to the lock were attached to the drawer by the most sticky tape. Leaving behind a sticky mess. Couldn't clean it at all. Just put the key in the bag with the documentation, nothing wrong with that. And finally, a minor point, the delivery didn't happen in the first scheduled appointment.
