Waste of time I ordered a necklace 8 weeks ago and they ignore your emails and when they do reply it's please give us 24 to 48 hours to investigate and then nothing email them again and again and again and no reply absolutely useless don't send goods just take Ur money and no customer service please do not use finally got an email back saying it was delivered so can't get a refund even tho it was never delivered I doubt they even sent it asked for proof of delivery but can't provid this if they can see it's delivered show me but they can't they just don't want to refund me or send me the goods.

This is the worst place to shop! Don't then bother. I ordered a necklace for me and my daughter on 1st march, I still haven't received it. And now they are ignoring me emails!! Please please please don't order from this place! They just take your money!!

Ordered a gift for mother day at least 2 weeks before, nothing arrived! Then I got an email saying it was he 5 days ago, that’s was on the 21st march and still nothing. I emailed the company asking for a refund, was told no and i was to send the gift back but pay for shipping 🤔 been told this twice, customer service shocking. Do not order from here
