Very responsive
Even though the staff was on annual leave they still took the time to respond to my question through e-mail. Furthermore, the issue I had was one related to a stock issue which they anticipated beforehand so they had already ordered the items. So thankfully, the waiting time for me was not longer than usual.

Thank you very much for your kind review and order! We are happy to welcome you again in the future!
Smooth ordering experience
After placing the order, I've got a total of 7 e-mails, to keep me informed, about the shipping process.
Strangely shipping to a DPD shop, was much cheaper, then shipping to the door step.
The order came in a massive card board box.
I guess it's better, then the other way around.
It took 7 days, with a weekend in between.
All in all a smooth experience.

Thank you very much for your comprehensive review and order! It is true that to a parcel shop the rate is cheaper because DPD then only has to do 1 trip to a central point, this way they can offer everyone better rates.
We always try to reuse every box we get from a supplier with goods to keep it a bit ecological, that's why sometimes you may get a bigger package than normally needed.
