I read the reviews for shipping problems and I thought oh hell, I've been scammed. Waited it out, the order arrived after 5 weeks of first communication from the Singapore shipper to USA. Us postal service delivered. Their Singapore shipper only gives you about 3 to 4 short general updates. I have not tried products yet.

A month after the order, the parcel is still in Singapore!
When confronted, the support service answered that the parcel "is coming" without further information.

My order was delayed for 3 months because it got stuck in USPS system. Someone from the company reached out to me and give me assurance that my order has been shipped which sounds legit to me. I hate the long delivery but hey, it's not their mistake so I'm cool with it. I just like it they called me for assurance.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A SCAM IN EVERY WAY.
1. It has taken the product a month to reach Chicago and I am Near NYC and it still has not arrived.
2. When I checked w/ USPS to see why my package was not here yet and why it was stuck in sorting in Chicago for so long, I found out that the company sent the package via regular mail which could take months to get to the US let alone NYC.
3. After reading the "real reviews" not the ones that are clearly paid for, I found that many people are having the same issues as I am having now. Why are they still on Business.
4. They are in Singapore not NYC do not be fooled. If you look at their address it seems that they are located in NY, that is a lie.
5. From what real users of the product tell me it is not worth the price and better can be found on etsy or ebay without waiting months to get your order.
6. I have been trying to get my money back and had to go through my bank to start an investigation.
7. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!

The website is very good, it can access your money quickly and efficiently. God forbid you expect them to get back to you as quickly.
I ordered my product a month ago I haven’t received anything yet but, got lots of emails and texts for me to buy more. I am so happy that i only ordered one bag just to try them out. If i would have gone for their socalled bonus and ordered i just would have been out more money.
It is just sad that they can operate like this especially during a health crisis. People are trying to stay healthy and these scumbags are taking advantage and lining their pockets.
All i can say is karma is a bi$$$$ i wish i could be there when it gets them just to see their pathetic faces.

I do weight lifting and urban bicycle to keep my body fit and to destress myself. I'm already 40, but since taking Black Ginger, Pine Pollen, and Butea Superba combo 2 months ago, I've never felt younger. I can even try harder workouts, increase my progressive overload and recover fast! I wish I have known their products years ago. And of course, my sexy time improved. A lot!

Yeah yeah so their products took some time to be delivered, mine took 2 months. So what? As if I'm going to mars anytime soon! Just order in advance and wait because their products are WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Buyer beware. This company is so bogus. Do not buy from them. It’s a total scam. They will even taunt you to buy more products knowing you haven’t got the first product you ordered. Just a bunch of crooks.

Products were the BOMB!!!! My bf loved them.... He's on fire now and I'm definitely in love with the new him!!! We're planning on trying some of their other supplements as well.

I received the products I ordered and received right away. I Already ordered more than twice. They work awesome for my husband. He's on fire!!!! Boosted our love life. You know what I mean.

I ordered from this company on April 4th. Website says 12-14 days and it comes from Overseas. I contacted the company many times only to get excuse after excuse. One of my orders finally showed up 5-6-21. Problem is, this was an order placed 4 days after the first one. Company will not make things right, I was basically told not our problem, talk to USPS. I then asked if they would just make it right since it was lost in transit and replace the product. Nothing!!

I ordered a product from Anabolic Health in March 2021. I am still waiting for it. Each time I have emailed the company, I get a response saying be patient for the order. It is now May 2021 and I have emailed 2 times requesting to just cancel the order and issue me a refund. A company representative stated they would not refund my money, but offered a reduced shipping credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a SCAM!!! Horrible company to deal with!!! Horrible customer service!!! They hardly respond!! I ordered my product April 9th and forget about delivery, my package hasn't even been shipped yet!!! They seem to pay the people who give them positive reviews or they are friends and relatives. Save yourself the trouble and order black ginger from Amazon or some place else.
The BBB should look into this company and shut it down! Why is fraud like this allowed???
