You have asked me for a review but my delivery remains outstanding. As such I can do nothing other than offer the most negative response possible.
Should the package finally arrive (one week and counting) I may reconsider.
Really not impressed thus far.
Update:
Paul called to discuss the matter and provided Royal Mail tracking details for me along with an apology. Two minutes online with this information and the parcel was located and has since been delivered successfully.
What could have been a poor experience was turned around by Paul.
Review upgraded from my original one start to FOUR.

I am sorry that you haven't received your parcel yet.
I have checked the tracking and Royal Mail have it logged as an attempted delivery on 23rd September but the address was inaccessible.
We have emailed you the tracking link, please confirm that you have received it ok (if you cant see it in your inbox please check your spam folder) alternatively you can just arrange for a redelivery via the Royal Mail website.
