We are quite satisfied with the four iPhones we purchased from Compasia over the past three years. Their excellent condition was indeed impeccable, with new or nearly new batteries. However, the advertised delivery time of three to five days was exceeded by a few days each time, and for our last purchase in December 2025, there was a problem with the delivery driver who didn't have the correct WhatsApp number and had to return four times before finally delivering. As the color we wanted was no longer available, we accepted another color and were pleasantly surprised to receive an iPhone 14 with 512GB, even though we had purchased 256GB.
We can therefore recommend Compasia, but you need to be a little patient and don't hesitate to contact them if there is a delay; their customer service responds quickly.

Very poor service. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still operating.
I sold my iPad on 13 December (Order No. MYCMY25022536), and as of today, I have not received any email update or payment. I have contacted the company multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but there has been absolutely no response.
This experience feels extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability. I will be reporting this matter to the relevant tribunal and sharing my experience with friends and family.
To anyone considering buying or selling through this company—please think twice.

Customer service at the outlet informed me that they are unable to take any action because my iPad has still not been shipped by HQ, even though it has been allocated. This ongoing delay is very frustrating, especially as I need the iPad before the New Year. I order on 16/12, I genuinely hope CompAsia will take responsibility and expedite the shipment soon, as I believe in the brand and look forward to a positive resolution.
