We had at least 2 bad experiences with the new location in Greenfield, WI. Yesterday, my wife and I decided to see if things had improved 2 months after the last experience. Keep in mind that we each have a 3 bottle membership. The bartender, a new one since the last time, charge us for a bottle instead of taking it from our account. When confronted, he rewrote it, only to give us a similar bill without the bottle removed from her account. This on top of a significant delay in serving our food. Nothing much has changed. This will be our last visit to that location. I'm done writing the corporate office. They're good at apologizing but what they need is new management at that restaurant. We've been going to Gurnee where the management is more attentive.
