Waste of money
Bought this a couple of years ago to do but didn’t get chance, finally gone to do it to find the website doesn’t exist so wasted £30 and no chance of getting it back….

I lost the password to my account NO RESPONSE
I lost the password to my account a week ago, no response when I send an "Forgot my password" message. Also didn't respond to my email on their info@crimibox. com address. I decided to send one today as well. Still no response

Faulty game, no response from customer service
Ordered the English version of one of their games. After a few mins of playing, we needed a website that was not working. Contacted customer service twice, now almost a month later and still no response or refund

I purchased two boxes Code van Coppens…
I purchased two boxes Code van Coppens and Undercover.The box Code van Coppens was not completed. We missed pawns, afterwards it turned out that the set of cards was not complete so it was difficult to play. It would have been nice if we had known in advance that we needed magnifying glasses to play this game. We did not started the next one because of the problems with the first box.

Game is fun but text/translation is…
Game is fun but text/translation is awful and some headscratchers.
Also from a technical aspect it's poorly designed, for example the game starts with a QRC-code - meaning you end up on your phone and there is a lot of interaction. After a while the memory of the site depletes and you need to restart (this is more akin to a bug).
