The filtration device on this is good. However the jug is plastic, when it should be glass or stainless steel (NB something that isn't going to put back the microplastics that you've just removed!!). I would like to see the option to purchase a kit to (safely) re-mineralise the water afterwards because the filtered water made my teeth hurt and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Plus I don't want to constantly put water over my teeth that's slightly acid. I've stopped using it for these reasons. Culligan Zerowater, if you produce a filter system that doesn't store the water in plastic and you add the option to re-mineralise, I will come back and you will have my custom!

Not a bad shape but disappointed that it doesn’t fit in my fridge door shelf. This might be a problem in the summer. I’ll have to constantly transfer the water to another bottle that fits in the fridge. Otherwise, seems fairly good quality. I wish there was less plastic. The water does seem to taste a little “plasticky” despite me washing the components as directed.

A s said in last review I can't work out the TDS meter. Are you supposed to remove it (not easy) and test or does it monitor in situ? What are the electrodes inside jug for?
