I like the new jug but disappointed it does not fit in the door of my fridge, I have luckily been able to make room on a shelf but the idea is to have it in the fridge door other than this all ok so far.

It's a good product however, the TDS meter seems to 'sleep' and not function from time to time resulting in taking out the batteries and resetting the meter??

Great product. It arrived very quickly and was easy to set up. Tea, coffee, and other drinks taste completely different ( very pleasant ). I struggle to drink the daily recommended amount of water, but the Culligan filtered water helps a lot. I previously had another well known brand and the taste difference is genuinely noticable.

I absolutely love the new design. Looks like the quality has been up scaled a bit more compared to the older generation. Filtration happens faster, I don't know if that's good or bad. The new bulit in tds sensor and display looks really high tech. Overall I love it. Happy costumer.

Nice looking and, right size for me, just filling up slot is too small for certain taps.. If water stream is wide then gets splashed around and some can get into the jug where filtered water is

We’ve been Zero customers for several years and had invested in a stylish black and chrome 2.5 litre pitcher. We were extremely pleased with this, the classic style filter was easy to use, and the filtered water tasted lovely. However, the latest classic filters simply don’t fit our pitcher as well, and were letting by the seal. So we decided to upgrade both the pitcher and filters to the new style. Although the new pitcher is functional, it’s not particularly stylish, and we would have preferred to replace the old one with a more aesthetic looking one, possibly chrome and glass! We find the TDS meter difficult to read too, as it’s obscured by a rather large bulky handle. Jury is out on the new style filter too, as although it displays as zero it definitely tastes different. Only time will tell!
