Magnetic buttons

Magnetic buttons I thought would be a good idea for my dad as getting older and has problems with his hands and fingers but these kept coming undone and quite bulky looking also he would not be able to transfer them to any other shirt as difficult to put on in the first place so would need someone else to swap them over or to resolve this you could buy more packs also a little expensive for 9 buttons

Good product, but wish I'd received an email

Great product that fit my wheelchair wheels perfectly. The product was a bit pricey for its size/weight but it's shown in the sturdy quality of the wheel slippers.

It arrived very quickly, my only criticism is that I didn't receive email confirmation of my purchase so had no idea when delivery would be or whether/when it had dispatched.

I will definitely shop here again if I need to.

Website information may be incorrect

I saw on website that there were over 200 items available for product that I was interested in buying. When I phoned company was told that website was wrong and that item was out of stock. (I see that info on website has since been updated).
I was offered that there might be a returned item available in warehouse that I could have at reduced cost if this was available. Although I had my doubts about this option, I agreed that they could phone me if this was possible. I am still waiting!
I felt that the whole situation was very bizarre and it has put me off from buying from this website.

Simple enough website to navigate and…

Simple enough website to navigate and order from. We like the reading ruler, great idea.
Would be better (for us) if the numbers on the ruler were painted a different colour so they were easier to read, but they might be a distraction equally so I can see the logic of the current design.
Shipped quickly.
