Do Not Buy: Eibos Fails to Honor Warranty
I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of communication and resolution regarding my order.
Despite reporting the faulty and excessively loud auto-venting units on my TETRAS dryer shortly after delivery in November, and being promised replacement parts on November 28th, I have received no updates. The tracking number provided has never shown any progress, and my subsequent follow-up emails have gone completely ignored.
A product is only as good as the support behind it. Between the defective hardware and the total lack of communication, my experience has been a series of broken promises. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this product until Eibos demonstrates they can actually support their users
