Marvellous watch trustful company!

I got my Darth Vader Lord of the Sith Chronograph today after one Calendar week. The watch is marvellous! The communication with Ashley was perfect. The shipping with FedEx was very fast from Hongkong to Austria within 1 week without additional costs. Filippo Loreti is a trustful company with luxurious watches. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE!

disappointed and will be pain in the ass

I am very disappointed and I am not sure that Ashley, writing me email after email, will actually resolve this issue. The problem is that in less than a year, the plastic case inlay (even though they claim it is aluminum or ceramic) broke irreparably. And… my watch has never glowed in the dark—not even on the first day! At first, I thought maybe it needed to absorb daylight so it could glow green—but it didn’t.

My watch is a men’s model, but I am a woman with a slim wrist, and the watch could not withstand it; it is just very poor quality. I could find no aluminum or ceramic anywhere. I know what ceramic is—unfortunately, this is just painted plastic.

It’s a shame that we still haven’t agreed on a refund. Has anyone ever returned a watch? Did they repair it for you? Did they replace it with another one? Please share your experiences.

(I am talking about the Ascari Scuderia Bianco Sporco model.)

I brought my watch last month it was a Ascari retro blue link watch Fantastic looking watch the only good thing it arrived really quickly after 7 days or more so. chronograph wasn't working that well & the second hand didn't move at all but the watch still kept good time by day three the second hand had fallen off inside the watch I sent the watch back by tracked Royal mail for £20.00 in tracked & signed mail Filippo Loreti have the watch but for some reason no one gets back to you Nathan said he will look into this still no reply I only want my money back I paid £153.00 plus to send it back £20 £173.00 to a lesson in being scammed
avoid ,they are not based in Italy its Hong Kong
It seems there's quite a few lucky happy customer
whom got their dream watch while us unlucky few get the nightmare batch & cold shoulder customer service treatment plus to add insult to injury a generated customer feedback or new online watch deals by this company I feel really let down I paid in good faith

COMPLETELY SCAM COMPANY CONTINUES TO…

COMPLETELY SCAM COMPANY CONTINUES TO EXIST
1) It took me half a year to get a watch after I paid for it. 2) The watch arrived inoperable. 3) It took two months of correspondence that deliberately stalled to get a return order. Once able to ship the watch back two more months went by and it was sent back to me apparently untouched and still inoperable. The fact that twice they have asked for clarification again shows me , a supposed businsss, is stalling over $132. How disgraceful. Yet no agency including to FTC does nothing and for Fillippo Loreti, its business as usual. Stay away from Filippo Loreti (Loreti Watches) or anything else they call themselves.

Ordered a watch in February this year

Ordered a watch in February this year, here we are in June and no watch. Countless emails telling me it's being made, it's coming, it's being inspected etc etc. What a crock of horse s*#t. What kind of business is this. I get a tracking number yet nothing has been sent to USPS in 2 weeks. Total scam. Buyers beware. Don't even know how these guys operate and run ads and make people have to wait 6+ months for a watch to be made, yet there is no watch. You think Rolex takes 6 months to make a watch? What a joke!!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a watch and they delivered it after 1 year and 8 months. The quality of the watch is fine, but definitely not luxurious. However the customer support is the worst I ever experienced. I send them on various ways messages and emails and never got any response. Not until I posted publicly that i would contact the EU consumer protection service, they finally shipped my watch. There a plenty of good watch companies in this price segment, Filippo Loreti is not one of them.

Don't let yourself be fooled by all the good reviews, just do some research on Google, YouTube and watch forums, you will find the truth: Filippo Loreti is a untrustworthy company!

Avoid them

I sent them an email asking to be refunded and got back a generic email telling me that their customer service is swamped and that they will get back to me. I waited for 5 days and got no answer, so I emailed them again. Again I got the same answer. After that I tried contacting them through their customer service chat on their website. Again, no answer. I created a new email account and contacted their customer service chat asking for help to purchase a watch and I got assitance immediately. It has been two weeks now since I asked for a refund and I still have got no answer.

Beware, Filippo Loreti is a Scam

I have placed the order on 11/6/2019. At the time of packing the order, your website never mentioned that the selected watches are for pre-ordering. I have selected express shipping option assuming that the order will be shipped immediately. Today as I write this mail, It is 12/17/2019, almost 40 days and still clueless. This is nothing but cheating.
