MIS-SOLD and No customer service team to help me…
I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
I entered my vehicle registration on Ford's website and purchased the product it recommended, only to discover when it arrived that it doesn't fit my vehicle. As a customer, I relied on the website's compatibility checker, so this was both frustrating and unexpected.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I couldn't find a customer service team available to help. Eventually, I reached someone in Customer Relationships, but all I received was an apology with no practical assistance or solution. I was simply told to wait for a response to my email, which isn't expected until Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we're due to go on holiday on Friday, so the delay leaves me without the product I need and with no realistic opportunity to resolve the issue before we leave.
I would have expected better support following what appears to be an incorrect product recommendation on Ford's own website. A faster response and a more proactive approach to resolving the problem would have made a significant difference.
