Hard Graft looks like a luxury brand. It isn’t. Despite the sleek website and beautifully staged product shots, this is not a premium operation. It doesn’t offer heirloom-quality goods,... See more

I've been buying at Hardgraft for around 10 years, it used to be a great company, great products, good quality.
Now, I was ashamed when I received the last 2 products that I bought, I had to return them. And for the last one I had to pay 140$ to return it, incredible.
The customer service absolutely does not care, they are inexistant.
Therefor it was the last time I was buying a product from them.
Such a pity, how such a good company can make so cheap products now?
Beware of return policy
I have purchased from hardgraft leather for years. I purchase a $1200 bag and when it arrived I was not satisfied so I filled out the return process and waited and waited and waited. Mind you they have a 14 day return policy, well it took 12 days for them to get back to me. Be careful if you live in the United States and order from this company. I have been a loyal customer and was treated horrible because I wanted to return a product I was not satisfied with.
Product quality is awful and returns are difficult
Product quality is awful. Once you realize this, though, it is too late. Their return process is equally as terrible. If you live in the US, expect to pay an exorbitant price to return the item because returns are not covered through their online shop. My best advice, stay away from this company.
After less than a year of very light…
After less than a year of very light use (probably used that Macbook pouch less than a dozen times all in all), the ZIP fell totally apart. No reply from customer service. Abysmal service. Over expensive products quality-wise.
UPDATE
That is correct, we finally had a reply after several weeks…
The reply was : "you have probably damaged the zipper yourself".
In substance, we had to pay a new zipper (95 Euros or Pounds, don't remember + postage both ways. Never a single moment Hardgraft admitted their zipper was faulty. I use photo bags, Macbook bags, from various brands (Leica and Tumi, but also inexpensive products like Tomtoc) since YEARS, and never ever a single zipper did fail apart like Hardgraft's after a year of VERY light use. Why ? Because THEY (Leica, Tomtoc, Tumi) are really of utmost quality. Hardgraft is NOT. It's posing as upper crust, but it's average or less. Apart for pricing. We paid 254 € for that MacBook pouch. 254 € and zipper fall apart after a dozen usages ? For such a price, I'd expected real service and real offer. Obviously, this is not Hardgraft policy.
Terrible customer service and mispresentation of products
Purchased a leather bag from the company. The bag that I received had different aesthetics than the pictures from the website. Construction, feel, and even the zipper bindings were different than represented. I requested a return and also for them to cover my return shipping. They did not answer for days and refused to acknowledge my follow-up requests. Finally authorized the return, but did not respond to my request for covering the return shipping (extremely poor customer service). Few days later was hit with a customs invoice bill from the shipping provider for >15% of the cost of the bag. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
Excellent services !
This website is friendly and trustfull. Products are neat and amazing !
