I would give this site zero stars if I could. There’s no information about delivery dates when placing an order, within 24 hours after placing the order I realized they would not be able to deliver in time for my leaving the country. They had not shipped the hoodie when I called and yet they refused to cancel the order. When I asked AMEX to intercede they informed me the site had a No Cancellation policy. Had I had any idea of that I would have not ordered.

Ordered a Bulova racer watch price 695.00
Received watch quickly without any manual stated to go online and look it up. As I was looking at manual for band adjustments I saw where Bulova was selling direct for 521.00. I called and asked if there was a 30 day price guarantee or could they work with me on the price answer was no on both. So I paid 174.00 too much. I trusted them for a fair price, big mistake.

Purchased a T-shirt online size was not how it should be was extremely small for a medium. To return could not do through a store had to purchase an envelope go to the post office pay their postage in order to return. Could not go to an actual Hard Rock store near me to returned. Had to be done through the mail per their policy. Extremely unhelpful will not purchase online again as it’s extremely inconvenient for me. Post office is a mile away. Should be much easier. Customer service not very helpful.

It was a pleasure to visit this shop again with helpful workers. They told us that we can get 10 % discount in the restaurant and we visited it. 😀😍🇪🇬

Placed an order from Italy. Hardrock is charging 14,95 Eur for international shipment. Order made on Nov 27. From tracking I understnd order is I Germany from Dec 7th, but as of today no further notice. Tried with Customer support who is hardly answering (chat contact) and telling me I have to wait till Dec 27-Jan 3. Clearly unsattisfactory as a delivery date for a Holidays Gift. No way to have more news, neither to cancel (I tried, but Custome Service is not even answering).
