Fast, and excellent in every way... except for the packaging, which whilst obviously being highly functional and protective was about fifty times bigger than the articles in my order and contained 98% air. If we cut back on the volume of air in our transport, we can cut down on the amount of transport we use.

I asked for my order to be delivered…
I asked for my order to be delivered covered in plastic to protect it from rain because I can't be at home to take delivery. It was not covered in plastic as I asked. Luckily it didn't rain. 25 kg of rain soaked malt would not have been fun.

We do not have any way to wrap parcel in plastic to ensure extra cover from the elements. As you mentioned, luckily the weather was good and no malt was harmed.
