I am extremely disappointed with the service at Iron City. Unfortunately, long delays seem to be the norm here. Even when parts are listed as "in stock," it consistently takes weeks—sometimes over a month—just for them to dispatch the items.
The only way to get your order moving is to call and constantly remind them to do their jobs. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly unprofessional. Today, I spoke with Chris, who claimed he was covering for the parts department from bike sales. He was rude, lazy, and completely unhelpful.
It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to manage a company’s dispatch process. I won't be using them again.
