UPDATE:
My order has been straightened out I am updating my review to reflect the exceptional and generous customer service I received in the end.

Ordered a pair of shoes online 3 weeks ago. My credit card has been charged and the shoes have still not been shipped. Through many emails and phone calls customer service has been useless. Next step is to file a claim with my credit card.

Ontario - I ordered a pair online from the Kingston ON store. 3 weeks later, Fedex still hasn't even received the package to deliver.
These shoes are paid for.

I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes on sale. The inventory was not correct and they could only sell me 1 pair. Then when the 1 pair was shipped, it was shipped to the incorrect address. After contacting customer service several times, Kintech did very little to help me. They insist that I typed the address in incorrectly. I have successfully contacted the owner of the property that Canada Post apparently delivered the parcel to and the owner advises that they did not receive the parcel either. Kintech refuses to reimburse me for the lost parcel. A claim has been started with Canada Post but Kintech advises that it is unlikely that Canada Post will pay the claim. I am very disappointed in the handling and lack of assistance from Kintech and will never place an order with them again (even if Canada Post pays the claim).

I brought a elderly man in to get some new shoes that im taking care of, Humam for 1210 West Broadway store was so Amazon and patient with him, he even cut some holes in his insoles where his corn are so painful, outstanding service

I have been a Kintec customer for years and keep returning largely because of the great service provide by Winnie Law in the Maple Ridge store. She has my health as her first priority and I always know I can rely on her.

Be careful ordering men cumulus running shoes on sale on line.Received mine and it's at least one size larger then it says on shoes. Still waiting to hear if they will refund and pay return postage. Update, Kintec were great, shoes returned,refunded and they paid return postage.

The staff at this location are so educated in there line of work it puts a person at ease. The first time I went in Jacob helped me and the second time Mike was there and fitted me with shoes that are like a dream to walk in. Thank you to all there great group of employees. Thank You Mary

They have discrimination and harassment please do not buy product from them if you are woman respect other women they harras one lady behind the doors in footlab they are monsters please avoid them

Great Customer Service by Kyle at the Abbotsford B.C. Store. He was attentive and listened to my concerns and gave helpful suggestions. The Multi Sport Insoles and the Kintec Foot Massage ball has changed my foot pain to support and relief. Definitely will shop there again. Thanks!

Amazing customer service, they really know feet and running shoes! I have purchased two pairs of orthotics from them and their service was impeccable, professional and friendly as well as on point. When I returned for new sneakers, they were courteous and quick when I arrived minutes before closing time. The shoes they helped me find were beautiful, a perfect fit, and on sale! Unbelievable!
