These are my new best shoes. I now have four pair, one slip on, a sandal, power walking, and winter bootie. I am ready to have the whole Kyboot experience. I have better balance and confidence when I walk, and my joints are more happy without the pounding.

If you struggle with foot or leg pain and aren’t wearing these shoes- you must be into pain! On the downside, you’ll probably throw away all your other expensive shoes!

Love, Love, Love my KyBoot tennis shoes. I hope they last forever. I am 65 and had a back surgery that left me with damaged nerve endings over 3 years ago. Nothing has relieved the pain, but I can walk in these shoes and not have an aching back. Thank you so much!

The company is awesome. When I rate a company it is ALL about customer service and their customer service can’t be beat! They will talk to you in depth on the phone and also confer back and forth by email. Shipping is free and that includes returns, which you can do as long as you try out the shoes right away inside on carpet.

I love these shoes
I received my Sursee Shoes for days ago and have worn them ever since. I was having a problem with pain on the joints in my feet but that pain has pretty much disappeared since I’ve started wearing the shoes. I have just ordered a pair of leather kyboots to wear to work.

Very slow to process refund
Very slow to process refund. I had to contact several times. Responses we're quick, but action was slow. No apologies, either.
To clarify: return was received June 27th and refund was not received until July 14. KYboot did not attempt to process the refund to my card until I sent 2 emails. I am not a chronic complainer who likes to issue bad reviews, but I feel compelled to voice the truth here.
Honestly, I would not even have posted a review, but I have received several emails from KYBoot urging me to do so.

You probably saw the transaction in your statement a day or two later, as credit card companies take a few days to process. Love these shoes! Never did I think I could wear pretty shoes/sandles with foot problems, but, I can with KyBoot. No more orthotics, no more visits to the podiatrist.KyBoot will be my only shoes in the future.
