Super easy every step of the way

All the people I've worked with on this one have been wonderful. Ben from the UK, plus Marina and Laura here stateside. ... Side note: we need more colors and styles of these Kyboot. There is no other shoe I'd ever wear after owning these. I need them in every color and style. There needs to be a resurrection of the Seoul or a similar looking product (this is in the vein of classic timberlands, a style that's always in), a variety of bold colored sneakers for both genders (one solid color like red or purple or gold, including all-white ones), black high tops like for basketball, a golf shoe, etc etc etc.. Can't get enough of these Kyboot!!!

At work limping.... No more!

At work, people noticed me limping. I had my steroid shots but no relief, and perhaps I bought all the shoes and inserts that promised to take my pain away, but still, my plantar fasciitis kept torturing me. My back is also going bad as my posture and walking are affected. I was reluctant to buy the shoes because of the price. Until one day I can't take it anymore and look into trying the shoes. It was the best decision and investment I've ever made. My kyBoot shoes became my best friend.

Not so happy

The shoes arived on time, but this pair was not what i expected, they do feel like yoh are walking on air but the comfort is not there to tight and the back of the shoes not comfortable. Had to return. Also you cant try them on lije many other companies that charge that much for a shoes should have a better return policu.

I’m grateful for my Kyboot shoes!

There’s no doubt these shoes have made my life easier and walking much more comfortable but they don’t fit as well as I’d like. In order to get the width I needed for my toes (I have Morton’s Neuroma) I had to go up a half size. That made the shoes more sloppy than I like.
Having said that at least I can walk without pain and I’m grateful for my Kyboot shoes and will buy them again!

Best shoes ever by far, easy returns.. just hope you don't have to talk to management

I used a one-time per customer 10%-off discount code to buy these for Mom. While yes, I had used the code before for myself and for several family members that I helped buy these very expensive but worthy shoes, this time it was for Mom and so we used the discount code. Nothing wrong with that, it was her first pair. I also created a new email address we could both access since I was assisting her with the purchase. That way we could both access the email account and it wouldn't be either of our personal email. The code turned out to be roughly forty bucks off... Well when she got them they were too small. The return "process" is initiated thru their website, which asks for your email address so it can send an email containing a link back to their website to undergo the return process. But it's easy to do. However, Mom was at work attempting to do this, and her company web server denied access to the email account. She called customer service, and the associate attempted to change the email on the account so Mom could access it thru her work email, but that only ended up adding confusion on both ends as the email never came thru (although we believe the lady attempted to send it.. it just wasn't going thru, even to the changed email address). She advised us to instead purchase a new pair on the phone with her, then return the original ones, rather than doing an exchange since the system wasn't allowing it no matter which email we typed in on their website. She assured me we would still get the initial 10% discount inevitably. So we spent an additional $400 on the new pair (which was technically supposed to be an exchange, not a second purchase), having to ship back the original and wait for the refund to be processed. Knowing nothing is guaranteed in life, I used a different discount code for 5% off to buy the new pair (roughly twenty dollars off)... Sure enough, when my refund was processed, it was only for the original discounted amount, leaving a $20 discrepancy. I'd saved forty bucks that first time, but only twenty on the new ones, so I lost twenty dollars. I contacted James, the manager, telling him what happened and how I felt penalized for making an exchange since the $20 discrepancy still existed, and he replied:

..."I agree the call center isn't ideal for such complicated cases where the customer, oddly, can't access their email.

Regarding the math on these orders: you were still able to get a $20 discount overall, which is a pretty nice reward! Definitely not a "penalty".
As far as how discounts work - they are either for the first order only (unless you have a VIP status), or one-use per customer.
Unfortunately, exchange orders are never first orders!"...

Rather condescending and dismissive. And illogical. We were following the instructions of his customer service agent. Why not simply refund twenty bucks or at the least say you'll apply it to my next purchase? And say something nice rather than trying to zap me. He seems far more interested in putting me in my place rather than keeping a loyal customer and being concerned with the reputation of the business. Actually, my impression of this person was already sub-par, as in a previous encounter I gave the feedback that there were no all-white men's shoes to purchase, and he retorted with an inquiry as to whether I would even wear an all-white shoe. Why would I have even brought it up if I wouldn't??! Sadly I found out he is the manager, so there's no one responsible for his behavior other than him. He talks to people any kind of way, seemingly untrained in customer service 101, never mind upper-echelon customer service. Perhaps he's great at crunching numbers or something so he's keeping his job, but he should leave customer service to the others. Also the website could be better, and the staffing/training leaves some to be desired as well. I tried reaching out to the UK website to go over his head, but eventually after telling all of this to the representative there, he said he could forward all of this to the USA manager (since I'm in the USA, so he would have to send my case there) which goes right back to the same guy! Are you kidding me?? And what's sad is that all the guy had to do was give me the $20 I was owed and problem solved. Keep a customer happy. So what the code was used multiple times?! Every time was a different email address and physical address. And on top of that, everywhere I went I told people to use it for over two years. Then suddenly, after James' and my exchange, the code no longer works. Petty..... But still, buy the shoes, they're worth every penny and you'll never want to wear anything else

These shoes are amazing

These shoes are amazing. If you have foot problems, these are the ones you need. They are pricey but how many pairs of shoes have you bought in a year and still not satisfied. One draw back is I wished they have shoes for my husband. His feet are oversized. He needs 15 EEE wish kyboot doesn't have.

It took the shoes over a week to arrive…

It took the shoes over a week to arrive and they were too small so I asked for a replacement to be sent quickly so I could have them for a trip, but it is going to take over another week to receive them. Difficult to return/exchange versus competing online shoe companies.

Bought as gift for an elderly man. He is truly happy with the shoes. Excellent quality and very confortable. I deducted 1 star because the sizing runs small. Had to return and get 1 size up. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
