Tea as it should be
After drinking Darjeeling tea made from supermarket tea bags I really appreciate this delicately flavoured, loose leaf tea. So different, not a drop to be wasted unlike the other where so much got left in the cup and swilled down the sink. Good to know it is ethically sourced too. Admittedly, I had to wait a while for delivery but the team kept me updated and on arrival it was carefully packaged. I will certainly use Equipe again for my tea.

Good stuff
Ordered from outside of the UK. My order arrived as two separate parcels on different days. All the products from both brands I ordered arrived intact and are exactly as advertised. Initially I was somewhat concerned that the pastas I ordered would break during shipping, but none of the sort!
One minor complaint I would like to voice, is that during the time in between the arrival of the two parcels (which was a week in my case), there was little info to go on in terms of the status of my order. After the first parcel arrived, the order page would still say: "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready."
Some update of the order status (like 'order partially fulfilled') might be more clear.
But overall, my experience with LifeByEquipe has been a positive one.
I will most likely order again some time in the future.
